Set on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Peasenhall, famed for its roaming peacocks, Snow Hall Barn sits adjacent to the owner’s 15th-century farmhouse. Accessed via a 300m private drive, the property occupies 16 acres of private land, offering unhindered views of the rolling countryside.
The barn comfortably accommodates four guests, with a ground-floor master bedroom featuring a 5' king-size bed, a second bedroom with a twin single beds (can be configured a 4' 6" double bed on request), and a ground-floor bathroom with a bath with waterfall shower over. Upstairs, a large open-plan room with a log burner and smart television which then opens onto a balcony with stunning country views. A fully enclosed patio by the entrance makes it a perfect space for four-legged friends.
A superb base for exploring the tranquil countryside, a footpath behind the barn leads directly onto the Sibton Estate. Peasenhall and Sibton villages are just half a mile away, offering a village pub, two butchers, a local store, and an antiques shop. The Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is a short drive, making Snow Hall Barn the perfect combination of seclusion and accessibility.

We had a terrific stay over the Easter weekend. We were very lucky with the weather and so got to enjoy the balcony for breakfast and sunset. We also made good use of the BBQ. The surroundings were so peaceful (you couldnât hear anything other than the birds) and yet within good driving distance to plenty of local attractions. We wishes weâd had longer!

The barn is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. It was clean and comfortable and rustic, and had everything you needed. The owners are very friendly and helpful, as was the housekeeper. Would definitely recommend it.
