Set in the Upper Alde Valley, between the historic market towns of Framlingham and Saxmundham, The Coach House offers charming, spacious, detached holiday accommodation. Sympathetically converted and located next to the owners home, it retains much original character and has been furnished to a high standard. An ideal base for cycling or walking, and featuring its own 2-acre woodland walk. The Suffolk Heritage Coast at Aldeburgh is 10 miles. Snape Maltings Concert Hall is 5 miles. Also conveniently situated for rspb reserve at nearby Minsmere, Southwold and Walberswick. Shop 2 miles, pub ¼ mile.

Excellent, clean and well located accommodation from which the coast and historic market towns such as Saxmundham and Framlingham can be visited. The facility to walk in and enjoy extensive wooded grounds is an additional bonus. All equipment has been thought about and is of high quality.

Has the potential to be great..... A lovely rural retreat, a little hard to find in the dark, but spacious and comfortable. Facilities generally good. Under floor heating and wet room great. No plates at all in the kitchen, not a single dinner or side plate! Only a soup bowl and a pie dish. Made my first night and morning really difficult. Difficult to get hold of someone so ended up buying my own plates the second day. Also no WiFi which would not have been a problem except there was no mobile phone signal either so imposible to phone anyone.

We had a wonderful stay in this unique cottage situated just very conveniently off the A12. We found the cottage to be very clean, a lot of thought had gone into the vintage theme of the property it was very relaxing indeed. The cottage had a wide area to walk around, dog owners note there is a pond near to the property. A great property to holiday in thank you we had a fabulous time.
