Wi-Fi can also be found in the clubhouse building. Southwolds elegant seaside is 6 miles, whilst rspb Minsmere, cycle hire, fishing and golf are all under 9 miles. Boat hire at Beccles, gateway to the southern broads, is 5 miles.. All properties: Bed linen and towels included. Cot and highchair. Laundry room with washing machine and coin-operated tumble dryer (shared). Decking with garden furniture. 35-acre grounds (shared). Indoor heated swimming pool (shared, 9m x 4.8m, open daily April-October, private allocated use by arrangement). Parking. No smoking.

Briar cottage is the perfect location if you want a quiet peaceful holiday surrounded by lovely countryside and wildlife.Southwold and surrounding areas are easily accessible from the cottage.The swimming pool is an added bonus which is lovely in either weather as it’s covered.I would 100% recommend this accommodation.

This was a perfect retreat for a short break. We wanted a few days down time and the cottage really was exactly what we needed. Has the basic essentials, a pool, an honesty shop - which was a nice surprise - and just a short walk to the nearest station to Beccles, Lowestoft or Ipswich in the other direction. The host was great and just left us to it. We were lucky as we were the only people staying but can well imagine that when the children break up for summer that it becomes extremely busy. Would highly recommend.
