Situated in the ever popular town of Pakefield, near Lowestoft, Albion Cottage is a renovated, end terrace property, and is only 100 yards from a sandy beach, making it ideal for fishing. Its bright interior makes it a more than comfortable base to relax in following a day of sun, sea, sand and fun on the Suffolk Coast. There are many things to do in the surrounding area, including Africa Alive, which is a renowned nature reserve, Lowestoft, with its popular pier, and Pleasurewood Hills, the UK’s most easterly theme park. Further inland, you will find Oulton Broad, part of the Norfolk Broads National Park. From here, you can fish (licence required), hire a day boat or sit back and watch the passing pleasure craft. Southwold, Aldeburgh and Dunwich are all within easy reach by car. Beach 100 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

Nice property in a very good location. Very clean and reasonably well equipped. We weren't very impressed with the 'welcome pack', which consisted of a cheap bottle of wine and a small carton of milk; not a very warm welcome. Also, bearing in mind that we were there towards the end of October, no fuel was supplied for the wood burner. A minor point, but the lounge television isn't very good. Very dark picture, might be adjustment. We enjoyed our time there, but could have been better.

The cottage was lovely and homely and had everything we needed. On arrival there was a welcome pack with a few nice items included. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive and the accommodation was very quiet. Having a large en-suite with a large shower was an extra benefit for us. The Wifi was fast and met our requirements, as I had some work to do whilst there. The property was only a short walk to the beach, pubs, shops and a couple of nice cafes. Especially liked the Pakefield Pantry that serve breakfast, lunch and early dinners. Very good

A truly wonderful couple of nights at Albion Cottage in Pakefield. The cottage was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including a teenager and our dog. Its prime location made it perfect for us, just a short walk to the beach, pubs, and coffee.The owner was fantastic, offering great communication and being very accommodating throughout our stay. It was clear they've thought of every detail to make guests feel at home. We highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be back!
