Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Original features can be found throughout this detached cottage, including beams and decorative fireplaces. There is a main living room with further reading/sun room. A downstairs double bedroom can be found off the dining room which is ideal for larger families. Traditionally decorated throughout, this Suffolk cottage is perfectly placed close to the Southern Gateway of the Norfolk Broads National Park, and lots of family attractions, including Pleasurewood Hills and the Piers in Lowestoft, South Pier and Claremont Pier.
Oulton Broad is within walking distance where boats are available for hire, and there are many restaurants and bars for eating and drinking if you don’t wish to enjoy the well-equipped kitchen in the property. There are many walking routes though the Carlton Marsh Nature Reserve and along the sandy, award-winning beaches in Lowestoft. Beach 3 miles. Shop 600 yards, pub and restaurant 2½ miles.

This was our second stay here and once again very enjoyable. Lovely walks around the area where we encountered plenty of wildlife. Wi-fi was working much better now it's newer. Molly & Frank are an amazing couple and they brought us all a drink on the Friday night at the bowls club which adjoins the garden. Easy access to surrounding areas for days out. Well equipped cottage with supermarkets locally. Overall it was another amazing family holiday with lovely memories made and would recommend.

A beautiful cottage in a quiet corner of Lowestoft . The owners were very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. I can't find anything to complain about would return again and again.
