Further afield, make a beeline for Hay-on-Wye (24.5 miles) for a dream day out for book lovers. This charming market town is famous for its quirky bookshops, where you can happily lose an afternoon browsing the shelves. The Malvern Three Counties Showground is around 9 miles away.
