Guests say

Mortimer Trail Mews is generally praised for its comfortable accommodation, helpful and friendly hosts, and a beautiful garden. Guests appreciate the well-equipped space and the property's suitability for dogs. The local area offers plenty to do, with some guests enjoying the nearby pub and others valuing the recommendations provided by the hosts. While one review mentioned cramped conditions and shared facilities, the majority of feedback is positive, highlighting the property's cleanliness and homely feel.

The property is described as spotless by a guest, indicating high standards of cleanliness. No negative comments about cleanliness were noted.

There is insufficient information to accurately score the location. While guests mention a local pub and the area, there are no specific comments on the location's convenience or attractiveness.

Most guests found the accommodation comfortable and well-equipped. However, one review cited an uncomfortable sofa and cramped space, which slightly lowers the score.

Facilities are generally appreciated, with mentions of a well-equipped space and lovely garden. However, one guest had issues with hot water access and shared garden facilities, suggesting room for improvement in maintenance and communication.

Guests mentioned receiving wine and biscuits, which reflects thoughtfulness from the hosts. However, as gifts are not guaranteed, guests should consider this a delightful bonus rather than an expectation.

Wendy was a great host, the accommodation was an ideal base for us and our dog. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for our 7 night stay. Wendy gave us some good recommendations for places to visits and eat. There is lots to do in the area.
