The property was very comfortable, furnished to an high standard and had everything we needed. We were met by Carolyn who showed us round, was contactable during our stay and offered some local tips for visits, food etc. Very quiet and relaxing and we loved watching the two pairs of red kites flying very close over the fields. Grateful for the welcome package too, thank you.

The owners have paid meticulous attention to detail for guests & thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. There are plenty of lovely walks around as well as local towns to visit. The evenings are so welcoming spent in the hot tub in the sunset and the cottage just wraps its arms around you so cosily to nestle down for the night in peace and quiet. David and Carolyn the property owners are very approachable and accessible too. Thoroughly recommend this spacious accommodation, it really is a gem.

Very clean and spacious with lovely views over the hills. Hosts live in the farm house next door and we’re very welcoming on arrival. Great outside space for the dog including a grassed area for them to run about in. Plus added bonus of an outside covered kennel should you need it. Great hot tub and little summer house. Lots to do , even out of season! Forest walks, castles, towns … Short drive into Ross on Wye where they have at least 2 high speed chargers ( for those needing an EV charger) Would definitely recommend for couples or friends with a pet. Would love to return.
