Guests frequently mention comfortable beds, cosy furnishings, and a homely atmosphere. The cottage is described as warm and inviting. One review notes the sofas could be improved and that the kitchen is compact, but overall comfort is rated very highly.
The cottage is described as well equipped, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The secure garden, shepherd's hut, and modern amenities are appreciated. The main drawbacks are the lack of WiFi and a freezer, but many guests see the absence of internet as a positive for a peaceful break.

It was peaceful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The cottage was really well stocked with all the essentials, which made our stay feel easy and homely. The enclosed garden was a real highlight, especially for our dogsâthey could enjoy the space safely while we relaxed. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to escape, unwind, and enjoy some quality time away. Weâd definitely recommend this cottage and would love to return!

It sits in the most beautiful quiet setting with only the sounds of nature surrounding it. The garden has thoughtfully positioned places to sit for the sun or the shade of a tree. Itâs a huge addition to an already lovely home. There is nothing to worry about. Everything has been carefully considered. Nothing is missing except, wonderfully, Wi-Fi. If you desperately need to connect with the outside world you can sit on the steps of the shepherds hut in the garden, but really, the peace of the place, the softness of the air, the comforts the house offers. Itâs all there to offer a slower pace of life. Take it as it is. Itâs just heavenly.

Always spotless on arrival, everything you need for your stay and a welcoming homely feel. As soon as we arrive we relax which makes a good start to your holiday. Set in beautiful surroundings, the peace and quiet is wonderful. Perfect for lazing around in the lovely garden enjoying the wildlife, Ginny our Collie loves it, or the perfect base for exploring the Shropshire Hills and surrounding area. However you choose to spend your time here, a little gem of a place. Many thanks Derek Hood
