The location is praised for its rural charm and quietness, with easy access to local walks and towns. Some guests note it's a bit remote, requiring a drive to amenities, but this is generally seen as a positive aspect.
The property is repeatedly described as warm, comfortable, and well-furnished. Comfortable beds are noted, although one guest found the pillows too hard. The warmth of the house is highlighted, despite some comments on low beams and noise levels.

A beautiful, historic cottage that is warm, comfortable, spacious and very clean. We received a warm welcome from the host and really enjoyed the thoughtful welcome pack with delicious local produce. Great environmental efforts to reduce plastic waste. Brilliant base with lovely walks straight from the doorstep and only a short drive to the Malvern Hills. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect location for our family Christmas. It’s a beautiful warm & welcoming house - very well equipped for cooking our Christmas meal with a large dining table. It’s set in beautiful countryside & we did two beautiful walks from the door. We ate in all the time but you would need to drive to go to a pub or restaurant. Kim was really helpful both before & during our stay so a massive thanks to her. We would highly recommend & would love to return.

When we arrived Kim and Helen were there and it made such a lovely welcome and start to our 45 Christmas get togetherThe accommodation was excellent, cozy, extremely clean and warmThere were seven of us and the space we had was lovely, the two reception rooms where both used as they had sofas and TV plus a writing desk and an Alexa so the Christmas carols playing and writing Christmas card really put us in the Christmasy mood. The beds were comfortable and lovely bedding. Powerful showers and the AGA and separate electric cooker mad a wonderful Christmas dinner with all the trimmingsThe welcome basket was wonderfulWould I recommend Parker’sMOST DEFINITELY !!!!!!!If I was to nit pick I would suggest a few table lamps, however as we had bought or own Christmas decorations it didn’t bother us We have already booked for next year and we can’t wait to return
