This delightful semi-detached cottage is located in the heart of the 700-acre Netherley Hall Estate, on the west side of the Malvern Hills.. 1 step to entrance.

Horse riding by arrangement. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on lead at all times (working farm). Stabling for horses. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a brook running through the grounds.. The Bothy is part of a collection of five superb holiday cottages on the Netherley Hall Estate, a family-run farm specialising in the breeding of cattle and sheep. Guests can enjoy marvellous woodland walks right from the doorstep, including scenic routes leading up to the iconic British Camp, part of the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The cottages are just a 15-minute drive from Malvern and offer panoramic views of the surrounding wooded hills and unspoilt countryside. The area is a haven for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, with abundant wildlife to observe and excellent walking, cycling, and birdwatching opportunities. The nearby Worcestershire Way and Geopark Way are popular long-distance trails for more adventurous explorers.
Each cottage has been carefully restored using local materials, including English oak timber felled on the Estate. With a strong focus on sustainability, the Estate minimises the use of plastics in the cottages and promotes local produce. Guests also have access to a gym and tennis court, adding to the variety of leisure options during their stay. Nearby attractions include the Malvern Hills, Eastnor Castle, the Three Counties Showground, and Malvern Theatre.
The local area also offers golf, fishing, horse riding, and seasonal fruit picking. It’s a beautiful location. Narrow single track roads on approach. Good walks from doorstep. Good and interesting places to visit. We only stayed a weekend but would have easily filled a week with things to do. We missed the sheep shearing too!

The views were stunning and the place was spotless. A lovely accommodation with most things you would need. A lovely welcome pack with locally sourced cookies, milk, beer and crisps. It’s on a working farm so my advice would be to take some boots, for local walking, in wet weather. The garden is fenced and wired but I have a very small dog and she escaped the garden! Luckily the farm managers wife (who lives next door) saw her and called out to make us aware. So maybe a finer wire would be better. The only other thing I could suggest is having some games in the cottage. Although there was a puzzle and some paperback books. Highly recommend.

Lovely setting and clean cottage. A nice welcome pack and lots of thoughtful touches like hand soap & showergel. Great walks straight from the cottage.The dim lights in the kitchen made it hard to see the dials on the cooker at night time.The WIFI was poor.
