Winnal View is a well-decorated and clean cottage offering peaceful surroundings with beautiful views. Guests appreciate the spaciousness and cleanliness, as well as the proximity to local amenities. Some minor issues with furnishings and hot water were noted, but overall, the property provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The property is consistently described as clean and well-maintained, with multiple reviews highlighting its immaculate condition upon arrival.
The location is praised for its peacefulness and wonderful views, with easy access to nearby towns, a fuel station, and a pub, enhancing the stay.
The property is generally found to be comfortable, though some guests mentioned issues with TV placement and seating arrangements, which slightly impacted the overall comfort.
Facilities are good, with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious lodge. However, suggestions for improvements such as grab rails in the shower and a towel rail in the kitchen, as well as a concern about hot water in the bath, indicate room for enhancement.
While the property provides dog amenities, there is no mention of gifts for guests. Therefore, it is not possible to assess thoughtfulness in terms of gifts, and the score is set to null.

We all had a lovely stay, it was so nice and quiet. There were lots of super handy final touches like wash pods and dishwasher tablets, oil ect so that we didnt need to go buy loads of stuff just to use a couple times. They have a bbq and coal in the shed aswel which would be lovely in the summer as it has the outdoor seating on the decking looking out over all the fields. They had goodies for our dog too, a towel, bowls, blanket, poo bags and treats! She was very happy with the treats. Im sure we will be visiting again, we all loved it as it was so close to all the places we wanted to go.

Disappointed no egg cups. Two setees facing each other with the tv at the back of one setee so difficult for all occupants to view in comfort. The cooker hood had a glass surround which was at eye level and was difficult to miss when cooking and caused a few bumps on the forehead.Apart from that great location. Peaceful surroundings and beautifully clean and well decorated accommodation.

As you see we found the cottage very nice indeed. We were in no way dissatisfied with the accommodation. We would like to make a few suggestions which we feel might enhance the property for future occupants. Shower: A grab rail (Ryan is unsteady on his feet), some form of shelf to hold shampoo and washing liquid and a non-slip mat.Kitchen centre unit: Perhaps a towel rail at each end rather than have the towels on the worktop.
