The Old Piggery is highly praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and stunning views. Guests enjoy the well-equipped facilities, including a hot tub, and appreciate the warm welcome from the hosts. The presence of animals adds charm, though the lack of a freezer and the requirement for dogs to be on a lead are noted. The property's location is ideal for exploring local attractions.
Guests consistently mention the cleanliness of The Old Piggery, describing it as immaculate and well-presented. The attention to cleanliness contributes significantly to the comfort and enjoyment of their stay.
The location is generally appreciated for its picturesque views and proximity to local sites, though one review indicates a misunderstanding about the distance to a specific town. The scenic setting and accessibility to nearby attractions are highlighted.
Comfort is a strong point, with guests finding the property cosy and the beds comfortable. Underfloor heating is mentioned positively, although one guest found their room too warm. Overall, the accommodation provides a relaxing environment.
Facilities are well-regarded, especially the hot tub and well-equipped kitchen. However, several guests mention the absence of a freezer as a drawback. Maintenance appears prompt, with quick responses to any issues raised.
