Fabulous cottage in a wonderful location. The house is warm, clean and well equipped. It’s in a quiet location but within walking or 5 min drive to all the shops in Settle. The internet was good and location right next to the recreation ground was great for popping out with the dogs am and pm. There are lots of great longer local walks straight from the door. The back yard was fully secure for two of my dogs. However the larger one is athletic and so the lower decorative wall in the yard can be jumped on, meaning the surrounding wall was less than 4ft in one part. It’s a drop of 6ft the other side but if you have a larger and particularly adventurous (or silly) dog then you would need to ensure they were supervised out there.

We had a lovely peaceful break at Sunnybeck Cottage, lovely and cosy, lots of supplies in the cottage, gas fire and underfloor heating which was much appreciated on a cold week. The cottage is within 5 mins walk of a couple of Pubs and Settle about 10-15 mins walk which has shops, cafes and pubs. Really good location within 30 mins of lovely places to visit like Malham Cove, Ingleton Falls, Ribblehead Viaduct
