The adjoining utility room offers a washer/dryer for convenience and outside, take a few steps towards the side of the property to discover the suntrap, enclosed courtyard garden with outdoor furniture, the perfect spot to enjoy a chilled glass of wine of an evening. Head upstairs to discover three bright and spacious bedrooms, all equipped with ample storage space, consisting of two doubles and a twin, served by the contemporary bathroom, offering a shower over bath, so you have the option of how to get ready for each day. The nearby market towns of Northallerton, Stokesley, Helmsley, Thirsk and Ripon with its famous racecourse, have cobbled market squares, quaint little alleyways awash with cosy tearooms and lovely delicatessens, all offering excellent shopping and weekly markets.
