A heart-warming retreat tucked away within a rural setting on the outskirts of Malton, is the endearing Derwent House Farm. Perfect for a couple looking to explore the area which lies within close reach to the rugged North York Moors National Park and the dramatic coastline, with the popular seaside resort of Scarborough close by. Be welcomed by the bright interior which houses charming exposed beams and elegant furnishing to offer a warming base to come back to each evening. The well-appointed kitchen offers the necessities to prepare a hearty evening meal before you sink into the armchairs which rest in front of a Freeview TV. As the evening draws to a close, look forward to drifting off to sleep within the double bedroom which comes with an en-suite, with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Spend a moment or two on the patio area, where you can enjoy your morning coffee whilst your canine companions stretch their legs in the private enclosed paddock before your day’s adventure.
