Lovely little find, nice accommodation, everything we needed, Paul even let us have the patio door key for the downstairs bedroom as mum is disabled. Loved the welcome pack and so did the dogs with the treats and mum with the Yorkshire tea. Ideal for local areas such as Whitby, Scarborough etc, lovely local pubs especially the three Jolly Sailors. Ideally situated for the cinder path (lovely dog walk ) and the Wyke. Will definitely consider again if we are in the area.

Ideal location but landlord not very amicable and friendly. A lot of cleanliness issues as noted on an email sent to you . A broken tap, a lot of dust and unusable patio furniture as covered in mould. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was also not very comfortable meaning we barely slept. The place requires a deep clean and a lot of TLC to bring it up to standard

A sweet little cottage but in need of some TLC. There were a number of maintenance issues that need attention, black dog hairs were visible on the carpets on the stairs and upstairs carpets, and the sofas have seen better days. The yard outside is a fabulous suntrap in warm weather.
