We had the most amazing week at The Cheese Loft.Simon and Gill and their gorgeous dogs made us feel very welcome.If you're looking for peace and quiet and the chance to recharge your batteries we would highly recommend.Get your shopping on the way - we called at Aldi at Newton Stewart on the way but there are supermarkets in Stranraer.The local shop in Drummore has supplies if you run out of anything.We hope to return next year!Thank you Simon, Gill, Jack, Libby and Em :-)

Lovely cottage at the end of a long single track road. Great location to visit the Mull of Galloway, Portpatrick, Port Logan and the Galloway Forest. Nearest shops and petrol stations are in Stranraer (30/40 minutes drive). Kitchen is well equipped and the bed is really comfortable. The cottage is very dog friendly and the hosts are lovely and very welcoming.
