The cottage was well equipped with lots of thoughtful extras. The welcome pack including a bottle of wine was appreciated Seating in the lounge was very comfortable. The only slight negative was the bed which for us was very firm and would benefit from a topper. The cottage was well placed for easy access on foot to Moffat. A lively vibrant town.It is also easy to do very pleasant walks from the door.Parking was ideal.A good place to stay for a holiday in Scotland.

We really enjoyed our stay at Roseburn cottage greeted by Mr Black. All items were supplied which went above what we expected. Everything was clean and easy to use. The information folder was very helpful and explained everything required. The cottage was close to the village and access to places further away was easy making it an ideal base to travel from. Nothing seemed too much trouble as all we had to do was ask. We will recommend this cottage to anyone who wants to go into Scotland as we know they will enjoy it like we did. It was so good that we have booked it for September next year already.
