Guests say

Guests have praised the spacious, clean, and well-equipped bungalow, highlighting its proximity to the beach and local amenities. The welcome packs and festive touches were highly appreciated, adding to the comfort of the stay. Some guests noted issues with internet speed and a lack of instructions for appliances, but overall experiences were positive, with many looking forward to returning.

The property is consistently described as spotlessly clean, with plenty of white fluffy towels and a neat garden, indicating a high standard of cleanliness.

The location is generally well-regarded due to its proximity to the beach and local shops, although one review mentioned a lack of privacy in the garden and noise from farm traffic.

The bungalow is described as spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped, contributing to a comfortable stay, although there was a minor issue with internet connectivity.

Facilities are praised for being well-equipped, but there is a noted lack of instructions for operating the central heating and other machinery, and an issue with internet speed.

The welcome packs and additional touches like a Christmas tree are mentioned positively, showing thoughtfulness. However, it should be noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

The bungalow was spacious and clean and provided everything you could possibly need. The en-suite shower was amazing and the welcome pack (milk eggs etc) was greatly appreciated. A 5 minute walk to the beach and you could walk for miles and miles. There is a small shop within walking distance which is very well stocked and the local pub/restaurant Tigh-na-Mara is dog friendly and served wonderful meals. As did tig-to-go, take away. I hope to return here again

Unfortunately (for the 2nd time with cottages. Com) our hard earned holiday was cancelled at the 12th hr. The owner was distraught. We had to look for other accommodation. Of course proved very upsetting and expensive. The 1st week took all the money we had paid for 2.The owner was nothing short of amazing! 🥰 she text and said we could have the 2nd week Free!!! We were elated! On arrival the cleaner was just leaving. We walked inside! Well! It was everything it said in the brochure and more!!!! Spotlessly clean, plenty of beautiful white fluffy towels, pot towels, (1 in our 1st stay) every piece of equipment you would need, again Spotlessly and working!! Lol. Neat tidy back garden, again very clean. To make you feel welcome, plenty loo rolls haha, in each bathroom was shampoo, conditioner and hand-wash, a tray with wine glasses set up in the kitchen along with a bottle of prosecco, treats from Scottish local shops, a pat of butter, a small loaf of bread, 6 eggs, a pack of sausage to give us a start!! To be honest x I was overwhelmed. Would I recommend this property??? .... you bet your life is would.

Fabulous cottage, immaculate and very comfortable, beautiful decor throughout, ideal for the beach and local gardens to visit. The food pack that was left was excellent and the wine and chocolates were greatly appreciated, the only downside for us was the garden, great furniture and table but the public footpath and road was above the garden so there is very little privacy when sunbathing and the amount of farm traffic was particularly busy and noisy, having said that we would go back but in the spring or autumn
