This homeaway from home is dog-friendly and is suited ideally to smaller family groups. Located within walking distance of Aviemore town centre and on the Cairngorm Ski centre road. Delmhor No4 is a beautiful holiday home which had been fully refurbished in 2016.

We have stayed in Delmhor 1 and 3 before we found no4 to be the best so far we would certainly book again excellent location. Spacious garden area with Hot Tub. There was also a Sauna however this didnt work and our request for instructions to operate it were ignored. Another issue we feel needs to be rectified is the slab steps to front door being loose. We Had an elderly couple in our party of 6 and this made it very tricky for them to negotiate we feel these could result in someone being injured due to a fall. Also all the slabs along the edge of the front patio area are also loose and a hazard. Overall we loved our stay at Delmhor No4 and would recommend this accommodation to anyone who may be considering it. We just hope the afore mentioned issues are dealt with before someone has an accident while staying here.

This is the second time we’ve booked this accommodation and delighted with our choice. The house Is immaculate and well equipped. Lovely secure garden and the location is fantastic with all you need right on your doorstep would highly recommend.
