Lovely comfortable and well equipped property with good outdoor seating. Nice walks from the house and easy access to coast and many historic sites locally. Very friendly, responsive owner who clearly takes prides in providing a quality cottage.

Lovely spacious cottage in a pleasant village. Super enclosed garden for our two Pointers. They loved it!Home grown goodies on arrival which were great and much appreciated. Kelso about 15 mins away for shopping. No shops in Leitholm and the pub is currently closed but lots of things to do in the area. On street parking.

This cottage is an excellent choice very comfortable and well equipped. It was extremely clean and a lovely garden which our little dog appreciated.A lovely village and a good base to discover the borders.We would recommend to friends and family.
