garden where you can sit in the hot tub and enjoy the beautiful views. You may even catch a glimpse of red deer that are regular visitors in the fields surrounding Gartclach Farm. There are 3 large bedrooms, so you can choose between 2 kingsize rooms or a twin, one of the kingsize room has en-suite facilities and a dressing area suitable for a cot.
Gartclach farm is located on the edge of Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and is close to the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park making it an excellent location for those who are looking to explore this beautiful countryside. It is a mile from the national cycle network route 7 and is close to numerous popular walks. It is within a 30-minute drive of many local attractions such as Loch Lomond, Loch Katrine, Go Ape and Blair Drummond Safari Park. Gartclach is also located 22 miles from Glasgow and 17 miles from Stirling city centres and is a 10-20 minute drive to the villages of Buchlyvie, Aberfoyle, Balfron, Drymen and Killearn. These villages cater for local services such as cafes, restaurants, shops, petrol stations and electric car charging points. The property is within walking distance of a café, gift shop and garden centre and 2 miles from Gartmore village, home to a community owned pub and restaurant.

Fantastic holiday cottage in a quiet rural location. We’ve stayed in a lot of holiday cottages in the UK & this is probably the best we’ve stayed in. Well designed floor plan. Its on the mains water supply but the drainage is to a septic tank. Every item you could want is there including a washing machine, tumble dryer & a washing line with pegs supplied. Easy to get a food delivery from a supermarket there.

We stayed here for 7 nights and it is honestly the best place we've stayed at. The cottage/house was huge, spotlessly clean and has everything you could ever need ranging from a hot tub, smart TV, BBQ etc.The cottage is surrounded by fields with a mixture of sheep, highland cows and some deer. The view from the hot tub was amazing.It's centrally located for exploring Loch Lomond or only an hour away from Edinburgh or Glasgow. The owners we're also fantastic and on hand if you need any help or information about the local area.This is definitely a place we'll be re-visiting in the future and deserves more than 5 stars!

Just got back from an amazing 7 days in this beautiful cottage! It’s really one of the most beautiful settings and we loved every minute of our stay - I’d highly recommend it and we’ll definitely be back in the future! The cottage itself is really spacious inside, it’s clean and modern, and the views are spectacular! Even more so when chilling in the lovely hot tub! The location is fab and we explored lots of places during our stay, all within a suitable driving distance.Thanks so much for an amazing stay!
