Had to clean decking as was covered in cobwebs, sweep the decking and hover the door mat as was covered in grass, wipe the patio furniture as was dirty, sofa was nothing like the one on the web site, the one we had was really uncomfortable, sagging cushions, duvet cover and pillow cases didn’t match and the actual pillows were so flat I had to go and buy new ones, which I obviously didn’t leave, no not very impressed so I won’t be going back or recommending it to anyone

Level lodge 1 was a cosy retreat. Comfortable bed, lots of hot water and a great hot tub with towels supplied, however, shower was very poor (pressure), bath towels could have been bigger and the kitchen was missing a few utensils. Also it would have been nice to have had some local area information/walks from the door.Location was good, however for a dog friendly lodge, the site was not very dog friendly, ie keep off the grass and keep on the lead.

From the location of this lodge you will be able to easily visit lots of spectacular sights within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs area.However your heart will sink a little each day when you return to Leven 1Firstly the shower; it is at best warm and lacks any water pressure.Secondly the plot; Levin 1 is situated right next to an access road for 12 lodges and directly opposite a wall, parked cars and the sites waste collection point. Should you wish to use the deck or the hot tub be prepared to acknowledge guests as they pass closely by on foot and in car.The lodge has been pleasantly decorated, is warm and comfortable, cleanliness was poor.The loch side pub on site, The Cruin serves good food and you’ll receive excellent service there.
