Great holiday accommodation .. a fantastic setting on a beautiful Scottish island. Great location handy for airport and CalMac ferry at Castlbay. You definitely need transport when there in order to maximise your visit. A day trip to Eriskay is a must.A clean well equipped home that had everything you needed, a real home from home.Warm and very well insulated.. much needed when the Barra breeze blows!Amenities can be limited depending on your date of visit, worthwhile checking what’s open beforehand.Must visit Airport Cafe for food, friendliness and views. Cafe Kisimul is worth a visit for Indian food book in advance. Castlebay Hotel have a good menu too. The Co-op in Castlebay caters for your day to day shopping but beware stock varies depending on the ferry being on!Accommodation was good value for a family break and cost sharing. A holiday home I would highly recommend.
