Pentraeth 1.5 miles. A lavish studio annexe near the pretty village of Pentraeth on the Isle of Anglesey in North Wales. The perfect spot for a romantic couple's retreat on this incredible rural island. Hafod Wen is adjoined to the owners' property, a fabulous black and white building in a perfectly secluded location. This cottage is stylish and open plan with modern tiled flooring, a stunning woodburning stove in front of the comfortable grey leather sofa, delightful dining furniture and a classy black and white kitchen to make the perfect living space for a relaxing break in the countryside.The king-size bedroom is spacious yet cosy with comfortable bedding, charming features and a luxury en-suite shower room with attractive tiles and an easy-access walk-in shower.
The garden to the back of Hafod Wen is immaculate, with a well-kept lawn and a patio with plenty of chairs to invite some friends over for a chilled day in the sun. The village of Pentraeth is dainty and pretty with charming buildings and all of your essentials, providing a great base for exploring Anglesey. There is access to the beach and the whole of the island is within easy driving distance, with a number of beaches and bays as well as Holyhead and Beaumaris being two of the more popular destinations nearby. Hafod Wen is a beautiful cottage in a fantastic location.
Pentraeth is a village on the Isle of Anglesey. It has a 12th century church and is located between Llanddona and Red Wharf Bay, which has over 4.5 miles of beach. Red Wharf Bay is renowned for its glorious sunsets. The bay is very shallow and provides safe bathing, perfect for family fun, fishing and scenic walks. The bay attracts waterfowl and wading birds. 6 miles away is Beaumaris which boasts a 13th century castle, shops, pubs, restaurants, bistros and museums, as well as a golf course and pleasure boat and sea fishing trips. This is a great location on the east coast of the picturesque Isle of Anglesey, yet only six minutes from the Britannia Bridge to access the mainland.

Very clean, comfortable and warm with cosy log burner and very comfortable bed. The enclosed garden great for our dog. Quiet and peaceful area not far from facilities. Thank you Julie and Alan for making our stay very enjoyable.

Restricted areas. There was inadequate seating. Would have liked a comfy chair not just one sofa. It was well worn and not too comfy.
