The accommodation sits on one level, accessed via thirteen steps from the drive. From the comfortable and welcoming living room, sit and soak up the views, through the large windows or watch the magnificent sunsets at the end of the day from the spacious terrace balcony at the front of the house. No better place, with a glass of wine to star gaze, listening out for the sound of the sea, Three of the comfortable bedrooms benefit from washbasins and offer sea views. The well equipped, stylish, recently fitted contemporary kitchen will inspire some tasty holiday dishes, with the open plan dining area being conveniently placed just off the kitchen, enjoying lovely coastal views.
Enjoy walking the Cardigan Bay Heritage Coast Path spotting dolphins in the Bay as you go, stopping for delicious local seafood at Aberporth. The coastline is speckled with bustling, picturesque seaside towns, New Quay, where a dolphin spotting boat trip is a holiday must, as is lunch or a sunny beach day in Aberaeron.

The best aspects of this property are the views of the coast, proximity to the town, the lounge and kitchen and comfortable beds. The rest of the property is in dire need of some TLC, decoration and a deep clean. The rear bedroom which is dark and smells dank, is in particular need of attention. Damaged curtains, piano storage and odd household items hidden in wardrobes is not ideal. Access for the elderly or disabled is difficult due to the steps. I have been providing similar feedback for this property for some time now but nothing is addressed.

Been here 4 times already.Absolutely amazing views from lounge . Beds very comfortable. All kitchen equipment available. Would have given excellent for all but some areas in need of TLC as clock fell off wall toilet flushing temperamental, cupboard handle kept coming off . Garden areas in need of cutting back on pathway as trip hazards, guttering drains blocked and had to sweep excess water off patio and clear areas of leaves as flooded . But even though we had a Wonderful holiday.

This cottage is situated in a beautiful location. It has a stunning view of the beach and is only a 5minute walk from both the beach, pub and local shops. Location wise it is perfect. Be prepared for steps to the property, but then that is to be expected when you have such an incredible view. I'd also be mindful that if you have small children, you have to keep a close eye on them outside as they could easily fall through the fence. My reason for marking this property down is because the windows (a main sell of the property) were dirty when we arrived which was a real shame. I gave them a clean which made the world of difference. It is also quite damp - possibly due to all the sea air. With the windows open the smell soon left, but the back bedroom was especially damp and our baby struggled to sleep. We couldn't move the baby to the front bedrooms as the curtains were too light that she woke up too early.We later found a dehumidifier in one of the cupboards (as we were leaving) - it might be a good idea to leave this out and turned on before guests enter the property. There are some easy fixes to all these issues, which will hopefully be resolved for future guests. The bedrooms are generally a bit dated, but it did have everything we needed for the week. The kitchen, dining area and lounge were all really comfortable and well equipped. We would return!
