About this property
Take a fun-filled holiday in Wales. Located near the university town of Lampeter, this traditional farmhouse is the perfect place for a big group (and their dogs) to relax, explore, and enjoy rural Wales. Oh, and when you get back from your adventures, make sure you take a dip in the private hot tub.
Enter the property and head to the lounge. It’s a wonderfully cosy space with a wood burner, so bring a good book for quiet evenings. Continue to the conservatory, which has comfortable chairs and a small table, perfect for sunny mornings with drinks. The kitchen/diner has a wide window, so you’ll get plenty of natural light, and there’s a door to the garden as well. On rainy days, go to the games room for some pool or darts. Finishing the ground floor, there’s a WC and a king-size bedroom. Go upstairs, where you’ll find the rest of the bedrooms. You’ll have one king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and two triple bedrooms, each with one king-size bed and a single bed. The upstairs also has a family shower room with a double walk-in shower. Outside, the property has a BBQ and a dining area on a raised patio, overlooking a stretching lawn enclosed by a wooden fence. After you’ve grilled up a feast, hop in the hot tub to end your day in the best way.
This cottage is 2 miles from Lampeter, a Welsh town with a lot of character and a couple of pubs. Stop in for supplies or a hearty meal after you’ve explored the surrounding area. You can also visit the seaside town of Aberaeron, 15 miles away, for a lovely day on the beach. Take a walk on the coastal paths and then check out the local eateries.
