Guests say

Mill Cottage in Lampeter offers a delightful stay with its immaculate condition, beautiful views, and friendly owners. The enclosed garden and hot tub are particular highlights, contributing to a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The property is well-suited for families and pet owners, with ample space and a secure environment. Despite some minor maintenance issues and limited local amenities, guests are highly satisfied and often consider rebooking.

The majority of guests found the property to be spotless and very clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, a few mentioned the presence of cobwebs and dust, slightly affecting the overall perception of cleanliness.

The cottage's location is praised for its beautiful countryside setting and proximity to local seaside towns. Some guests noted the remoteness and the approach past a 'recycling yard' as less appealing, but the tranquil surroundings are generally appreciated.

Guests found the cottage to be warm, cosy, and generally comfortable. Some mentioned issues with noisy stairs and firm beds, but these were minor compared to the overall comfort provided by the property.

The property's facilities, including the hot tub and games room, are well-received, but some guests noted that maintenance could be improved. Issues with games room equipment and minor household items were mentioned, suggesting room for enhancement.

While guests have expressed appreciation for the helpful hosts and the welcoming atmosphere, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness. Therefore, a score cannot be provided for this category.

Loved the hot tub! The hosts were really friendly and welcoming and the location was great too, beautiful towns and dog friendly beaches nearby. We will definitely be back.

Can't quite put my finger on what troubled me. It is sort of half done. Owners have obviously spent money on new furniture in and out, but felt half done. Lack of attention to detail. Kitchen not very well equipped for cooking in. Outside areas feel a bit neglected.

It was spacious, clean and comfortable. In a Beautiful area. Overall we would say that the Cottage was great for Adults and Dogs. We had no children with us but could see both indoor and outdoor facilities on site for Adults and Children .Hot water was scalding so if it can temp can be lowered would be safer especially for children. A bit short of a few items in the kitchen but it definitely would not stop us from booking again in future. Thanks to Katy and Andrew for all their help.Well done Mill Cottage.
