Just returned from a lovely weeks stay In Aug. The house is surprisingly bigger than expected, and well equipped with everything we needed, and great information packs left for guests. Mel & Nia were very thoughtful hosts, we added a dog to our booking late on and they gladly accepted. There was a bad smell in the garden from I believe dogs urinating on the artificial grass. When I mentioned this to Mel he was round the next day and removed it, which made sitting in the garden much more pleasant! Thank you.Games room was fab, for kids and adults! At one point there were 6 adults 2 kids and a dog and we all had our own space to relax without being on top of each other.Living room was spacious as was most of the house really, enough seating for everyone with the conservatory as a nice bonus. The bunk bed room was on the small side but perfect for kids. Drive was large enough for 3 big cars. I read a review that says it’s dated, but I found the house charming with original features, shower room downstairs was modern. Only thing I think dated is the cooker, but there’s a brand new ninja which was fab.Location is great, lots of local beaches within 10 minute drive. Pub down the road was lovely, food was good and we joined the quiz on the Thursday night, lovely friendly staff in there. Definitely recommend this house, felt like it had everything we needed, Mel & Nia very good hosts, would stay again.
