Bristol House is a well-equipped, comfortable cottage in New Quay, appreciated for its proximity to the beach and local amenities. Guests enjoyed the ample space, games room, and the property's suitability for large groups and families. The welcoming atmosphere and the convenience of nearby shops and food places add to the pleasant experience.
Guests consistently described the property as clean and well-maintained, indicating high standards of cleanliness throughout their stay.
The property's location is praised for its closeness to the beach and local amenities, although the mention of a busy road and parking challenges slightly affects the score.
The reviews highlight the property's comfortable beds and living spaces. However, one mention of an uncomfortable sofa suggests room for improvement in seating comfort.
Facilities like the games room and dining area are well-received, but limited decking seating and the timing for check-in and check-out are noted as areas for potential enhancement.
While guests appreciated the welcome pack, there is no consistent mention of gifts across reviews to accurately assess thoughtfulness. It should be noted that such gestures are not guaranteed.
Close to the seaside this property is a perfect base for families and couples to come and relax..

Bristol house was a lovely well equipped house that was plenty big enough for adults kids and dogs. The games room was brilliant kids loved it. Close to the beach. Only a few shops to walk around. Plenty of food places and lovely pub with garden. Other places to visit short drive away or longer if you wanted to. The house itself was very comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location near large sandy beach and amenities of pleasant harbour town. No trouble moving in - location and parking information comprehensive. Bristol House was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our two families and sheepdog. We appreciated the separate sitting rooms, the big dining/games table and the drying area outside.

The house had plenty of room,it was clean and well equipped. The welcome pack was a nice thought. The decking had very little seating area for a house for 10 guests. The road was busy, making unloading difficult and no room for street parking.although the car park is close by, it fills up quickly. 5pm entry to the house is too late and leaving by 10a.m is too early. Most of the holiday lets we have booked over the years are 3 pm and 11 am.A suitable house for a large family, we enjoyed our stay and would return to Bristol house
