Llys Llewellyn is a well-equipped and comfortable cottage, praised for its cleanliness, secure garden, and convenient access to local amenities. Guests appreciate the helpful hosts and the relaxing atmosphere, making it ideal for families and pet owners. While the driveway is a bit tight and some kitchen and bathroom features could benefit from updating, the property offers a pleasant base for exploring the area. Most guests found their stay enjoyable and would happily return.
Multiple reviews highlight the property as very clean or spotless, with only minor comments about the bathroom needing more attention on one occasion.
The location is convenient for shops, takeaways, and exploring North Wales. However, some guests noted traffic noise and that beach access was less straightforward than expected due to renovations and restrictions.
Guests found the beds comfy, the living room relaxing, and the garden secure for pets and children. Some mentioned the house took a while to warm up and suggested a thicker mattress.
The cottage is well-equipped, with a secure garden and good kitchen facilities. Some guests noted that certain kitchen appliances and the bathroom could be updated, and the driveway is tight for larger vehicles.
There are no mentions of welcome gifts or extra thoughtful touches in the reviews, so a score cannot be provided for this category.

We are retired couple with Cocker spaniel. First time stay in Kinmel Bay.Property is on busy road with traffic noise but nothing too much to worry about. Driveway is tight but manageable.Located fairly close to local amenities like takeaways but decent pub food is 15 min walk.Access to beach is a tricky walk over very large pebbled area so was difficult to negotiate for us,then found out that Kinmel Bay beach is not dog friendly May- Septemeber.Property suited our needs in terms of enclosed garden for the dog .Garden furniture appeared to be new and was welcome in warm weather.Kitchen was well eqipped but cooker was rather dated and could do with an upgrade.Lounge was large with comfy leather sofas. Huge smart TV was welcome.Double bedroom was okay but thicker mattress would have been appreciated.Contact with Jon was easy and he quickly resolved a minor issue.Overall quite happy.
