It had everything in it that we needed for our short stay. We got a small welcome basket in arrival it was a nice little touch. My only complaint that I have is the cleanliness. I found myself having to clean the bathroom before we used it as empty bottles were in there. Apart from this we had a lovely stay

Even after the reclean , the floor behind the loo remained dirty. No matches with which to light the fire, no salt and pepper provided. The dishes from the previous stay were still in the dishwasher. The fridge freezer door has problems closing (leaks water onto the floor) and it wasn't until the second day we realised that the tight fit of the wooden outer door was preventing the seal on the fridge door from working. The cottage generally has a damp feel to it - probably due to it's age. Would suggest that advice on the pre-visit email advise ignoring the sat nav instructions to travel down Lon Y Wern Lane - an absolute nightmare before we got to the cottage with brambles etc scratching both sides of the car (we appreciate that this has nothing to do with the cottage ) A lovely area though and the views from the local school just along the road must be the best school views in the country.
