Head into the centre of this royal town (1.5 miles) to discover an array of eateries, the historical Segontium Roman Fort and the World Heritage riverside Caernarfon Castle. Stroll around the marina and follow the Lôn Las Menai walking trail along the river. Explore the sandy beaches, national trust sites and nature reserves of Anglesey (8.5 miles). Visit Snowdonia National Park to find Mount Snowdon (16.5 miles) and Llyn Cwellyn Lake (10 miles).
