OZ3, OZ4 and OZ5) are located just yards away from the Wales Coast Path, which leads to a lovely pebble backed sandy beach whilst affording wonderful bird watching opportunities on the way. Foryd Bay, where the properties are located, is a designated rspb Lapwing reserve and a Site of Special Scientific Interest. The Slate Landscape of Northwest Wales has also become the UK’s newest unesco World Heritage Site in 2021. Within easy driving distance there are a myriad exciting activities including mountain biking,surfing, sailing, excellent walking, riding and golf. The properties are also conveniently located for Zip World.

Caernarfon, with its magnificent castle, and a fine selection of shops, restaurants and pubs is just 4 miles away and is also the start of the Welsh Highland Railway for scenic journeys into the heart of Snowdonia. Tai Coch Chatham is a perfect location for relaxing winter escapes and summer beach holidays. Shop and restaurant 2½ miles, pub serving food 1 mile (seasonal).
