Guests enjoyed the peaceful location, proximity to local attractions, and the presence of friendly donkeys. However, access to the property via a steep, rough track was a concern for one visitor.

Guests consistently noted the property as spotlessly clean, indicating a high standard of cleanliness throughout.

The location offers stunning views and quiet surroundings near Criccieth and Porthmadog, though one review cited access difficulties due to the steep, rough track leading to the cottage.

The property is praised for being well-equipped and well-maintained with great amenities. The suggestion for a safe fenced area for dogs indicates a minor area for improvement.

The cottage was lovely, clean ,tidy, comfortable, well equipped, with stunning views .Sitting in the garden and making friends with the donkeys ,in the adjacent field was really good.Very friendly and helpful hosts.I unfortunately, the short rough unmade track, as described, was a half mile up a steep hill, not in anyway suitable for a family car. The 'track's came with the added problem of cows, sheep, narrow bends, a collapsing side on a narrow corner and difficult to drive though a narrow large gate. Once through the gate, the final slope to the cottage, was even steeper and narrow, with a brick wall and a very narrow turning space at the top.In addition, the public roads outside the farm, were extremely narrow in places, with very few passing spaces. If we had been aware of the access issues, we would not have booked this holiday. We date the accommodation as a four, in terms of access it would be rated as a zero! There was no visitors book!
