Our Modern, beautiful, family-owned ABI Roxbury Caravan on Larch Grove, Greenacres Holiday Park with parking for 2 cars. It is double glazed and has central heating throughout.

The caravan is on a corner plot at the end of a cul-de-sac, with no through traffic. Sliding patio doors open out onto a brand new composite wraparound decking (dog not included!) which looks out to views of the mountains, There is a decking seating area with steps down to a private south facing patio sun trap complete with its own palm trees!

The caravan has 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin (can be pushed together to make doubles) it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

All beds in bedrooms have quilts and pillows provided. There is an additional drop-down bed in the lounge, but the quilt and pillows are not provided for this.

You will need to bring quilt covers, pillowcases, bottom sheets and towels for bathrooms and kitchen.

The main bathroom has a powerful shower, basin and toilet, and there is a separate toilet and basin.

The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooker with oven, grill and 4 ring gas hob, full size integrated fridge / freezer, microwave, ample storage, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine. Dining area has seating for 4 people.

The lounge has a 43inch LG 4K Smart TV, with Freeview, a huge L shaped sofa. There is unlimited WIFI available for a small charge. This is already paired up with the TV for smart apps.

Haven passes are needed to access the entertainment areas on park, and are not included; however, you can purchase these from Haven reception.

The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland railway where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog or Caernarfon. The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast. Situated on a rugged clifftop on its own private peninsula, Portmeirion, famous as the location of the TV show The Prisoner and the final episode of Cold Feet, is surrounded by miles of sandy beaches and woodlands. The area also boasts castles at Criccieth and Harlech, and superb unspoilt beaches such as Black Rock Sands, where the sands stretch as far as the eye can see. Also within reach is the famous Zip World Slate Caverns and Bounce Below where you can get involved with a variety of activities including the thrilling zip wires and underground caverns to explore; there is something here to suit the whole family. An ideal location for the attractions of Snowdonia and the The Llyn Peninsula.
