About this property

Our holiday home is located on King George, just a short walk from the main complex and 5 minutes to the stunning 2-mile-long Black Rock Sands Beach. The caravan is located in a quiet cul de sac with lots of space between the caravans.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms, one double and 2 singles. 1 of the singles can easily be made into a 2nd double if required. There is a large private decking area overlooking the stunning Welsh countryside and mountains.

The caravan is fully equipped with Starlink Wi-Fi, a 50 inch 4K TV, Ninja Air Fryer, Tassimo coffee machine, Microwave, Slow Cooker, Fridge Freezer, Iron/Ironing Board, Travel Cot, High Chair, Shark Cordless Vacuum and all the usual utensils that you will need. *****The caravan has received a make over during the winter period, with new carpets throughout, new memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms, new blinds, new 2 & 3 seater settees and new cupboard doors in both the kitchen and bedrooms*****.

The Holiday Park has now become a Haven entertainment hub, which means there will be travelling acts every night of the week.

There is an onsite fish and chip shop, Papa John's Pizza, a small CO-OP grocery store and a laundrette.

The Mash and Barrel serves food from breakfast to evening meals. But if you want to eat away from the site, the Black Rock Beach Club within walking distance and there are lots of restaurants and pubs in Porthmadog which is just a couple of miles away.

The New Marina Bar is open every day. It boasts a sports bar showing live football, rugby, golf, boxing and much more. The Marina Bar is where all the night time entertainment takes place.

There is an indoor heated swimming pool, an outside splash zone, crazy golf, a climbing wall, a multi-sports court and an outdoor play area and many more activities.

For anyone interested in Golf, Porthmadog GC is just up the road. The beach is also fantastic for water sports and just relaxing.

Greenacres is on the border of the Snowdonia National Park, so why not climb Yr Wyddfa/Snowdon or visit the exhilarating Zip World.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price, but we can arrange them for you if needed.

We take bookings for the caravan from Friday to Monday (3 Nights). Monday - Friday (4 Nights) or Monday - Monday and Friday - Friday (7 Nights).

Check-in is 4pm and check-out 10am; again if you have any special requirements outside these times, please let us know after booking.

There is a £50 security/breakage deposit and a £50 holiday deposit. The holiday deposit will secure the date you want.
