Enter the property to find an airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is filled with natural light through the two patio doors. A traditional cottage feel is created by the wooden beamed ceiling and patterned soft furnishings amongst the nature-themed art. The cosy lounge has two plump sofas surrounding a wood burner-effect electric fire and a TV. Dine together at the central wooden table which is adjacent to the ‘L’-shaped farmhouse-style kitchen with dark tiles and wooden countertops. Also on the ground floor is a family bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin room with an en-suite. Climb the stairs to reach the shower room and three bedrooms – a double, single and bunk bedroom. Completing the interior is a second, smaller lounge on the first floor. Outside, you’ll find a rear enclosed garden plus an additional lawn area which is shared with neighbouring properties.
While staying on the outskirts of Hundleton village (0.5 miles), you could visit the town of Pembroke (3 miles) to see the castle and stroll around Mill Pond before grabbing some food at a local pub. Surf, swim and sunbathe at the dog-friendly Freshwater West Beach (6 miles). Step back in time at the ruins of Manorbier Castle (8 miles) or Lamphey Bishops Palace (4.5 miles). You can also explore Pembrokeshire Coast National Park’s coastal trail from Rhoscrowther (5 miles).
