Follow the stepped pathway through the orchard down to the lodge, where you will find the entrance hall. Pop your walking boots in the hallway which contains a handy utility area for keeping your things clean during your stay. The first of the two bedrooms is situated from here, a super-king-size bedroom with fabulous views. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is bright and airy but also super cosy and has everything you need to cook up a storm, dine together, and to cosy down in front of the Smart TV. A stylish shower room with waterfall shower and a well-appointed king-size bedroom, accessed via a short flight of stairs, completes the interior of this accommodation. Enjoy days and evenings outside in the private garden. Admire the woodland from the private decked area, dine alfresco using the BBQ, or enjoy pure tranquillity from the wood-fired hot tub.

Explore the surrounding woodland and stream and join walking routes that lead from here and into the centre of the pretty village Talgarth (500 metres). You will find some shops, cafes, and a couple of charming pubs to enjoy. If you are feeling adventurous and up for a challenge, climb the imposing Pen-Y-Fan (13 miles), or visit Llangorse Multi Activity Centre (5.5 miles) where you can try out horse riding and climbing.
