This spacious, detached property is set in the Brecon Beacons National Park and has panoramic views. It is a fabulous location for those wanting to explore the area, whether it be walking or cycling and heading into the town of Brecon, with its array of coffee shops, galleries, historic buildings, and museums. The property is nestled on a caravan park just outside Brecon and boasts six bedrooms, a large living room, study, spacious kitchen/dining room which is great for family dinners and get together with friends, a large, enclosed garden, and a games room which has table football and table tennis. There is also a children’s play area opposite the property on the caravan site. There is a pub in Groesffordd, a 10-minute walk, which serves food (booking advisable), as well as plenty of restaurants, pubs, and bars in Brecon, 1 mile away.
There is plenty to do in Brecon itself, with the Regimental Museum of the Royal Welsh a short distance from the property, as well as a theatre and cathedral. If you fancy taking things at a slower pace, why not take a barge ride down the canal? The town is also the home of the Brecon Jazz Festival in the summer. The literary town of Hay-on-Wye is 16 miles away with its array of books shops. Brynich Villa is centrally located with access routes to Swansea, Cardiff, Abergavenny, and Hereford. Shop, pub, and restaurant ½ mile.

Our family had the most fantastic time in Brynich Villa, all we needed for our holiday to make it as comfortable as possible, extremely clean and accommodating, I'm disabled and struggle with stairs, so the downstairs bedroom and shower room makes it assembled for all. As for the garden it's so welcoming we sat outside every evening it was beautiful ❤️ our dog had the best time in the dog safe huge garden. we had an electric car and found great chargers close by too. It was a wonderful property, perfect for our 3 families. Garden was large and shrubs attractive. Beds were very comfortable, the dining table lovely and big, the sofas also very comfortable. There was a lot of noise from the A470, especially for the bedrooms at that end of the house. Grass could have been a little shorter.The net on the TT table was not good - held up with a fork!But we did not let them detract from our enjoyment of the holiday

Wonderful large family house. Super enclosed garden. Short walk to canal then 1mile stroll into Brecon. Longer walk the other way to lovely pub by the canal, good food.Lots of space, very clean and newly refurbished. No welcome pack as advertised so take milk for a cup of tea on arrival!Good hog roast van on campsite opposite.Very well equipped kitchen.
