The village is home to a railway station, church and a shop, pubs, butchers and a post office, while just six miles away lies the market town of Newtown, home to a greater selection of amenities with many shops, pubs, museums and an art gallery. This scenic part of Mid Wales boasts many outdoor activities including walking, cycling and fishing among many other things.

Great hot tub. Beds were really comfy. Loved having the enclosed garden so we could relax having the kids & dogs outside and the games room was a huge bonus on the wet days. All issues we had - leaky shower, cloudy water in the hot tub were resolved very quickly. Thank you.

The Flooring downstairs was damaged in numerous places. The Hot tub was in need of a major clean, but the book accompanying the property asked to let the owner know. Well if they cleaned the thing like every other property we have ever visited had they would be Aware of this! The book also went on to state the day of the bin collection, but as there was no room for our items due to every recycling bin already being full and left at the rear of the property when collection was at the entrance. We made several trips taking all the rubbish/ recycling to the correct location. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.
