Lovely cosy lodge. Beautiful scenery. There are local shops 10 min walk away. Would benefit from improved reception area and information and may be local produce such as bread, milk etc sold or delivery.

I would suggest a canopy or umbrella over the hottub as the rain was so severe you could not use it most of the weekend, if there was some overhead cover to would have made the weekend amazing

The lodge was outstanding, the photos don’t do it justice and I do think they should be updated on the website to show how great it is. My partner found the bed uncomfortable due to it being so soft. Expensive for 2 people but nice as a treat, very clean and tidy except a mark on the bedding when we got there.
