The property is just 1 mile from the banks of the River Wye, which connects the towns of Builth Wells (8 miles) and Hay-on-Wye (10.5 miles), the latter sitting on the edge of the England-Wales border. From here, you can explore the Brecon Beacons, head south along the border via Offa’s Dyke Path, or venture into the Black Mountains, starting at Gospel Pass (14.5 miles), a destination renowned for its incredible views.

This wood-panelled pod offers modern, spacious and comfortable studio-style accommodation, easily sleeping two to four guests. Step inside through the curved entranceway and notice how natural light pours into the main living space, while the patio doors frame stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
