◦Situated in a beautiful part of rural Wales within close proximity to a number of market towns and villages.The house is in a peaceful location, hidden along a country lane on the outskirts of the village.The owners are friendly and accessible, living on site.The accommodation is well furnished and well equipped . Although the annex is on the ground floor two high internal steps between the kitchen and the living room and one step down into the primary bedroom may make it tricky for those with limited mobility. Access via a long narrow lane with potholes is suitable for the confident driver.There are plenty of interesting places to visit. Many historic sites are within easy reach and a narrow gauge steam train station in the village provides an ideal way to enjoy the scenery.

The cottage was quiet, peaceful, clean and offered all that was required, including fans during the very hot weather. The owners courteous and helpful.However, for us, the location was far too remote with only one very long, narrow, twisted and potholed road/lane in and out. We knew it was off the beaten track, but not that far off. We had hoped at least 1 safe country walk, but there was none. Nor anywhere to sit outside the cottage of a morning or evening. Not for us. ☹️
