So much to see in this area we have only just scratched the surface, will definitely be back. Hosts Richard and Debs were awesome, giving us walks from the door up to the local forest where we didn’t see anyone all walk!

Ideally situated for access to North Shropshire, Powys and Gwynedd. A warm welcome was extended by Debbie and Richard. The milk for cofee and Welsh cakes very welcome after a long drive. Although, I rarely saw them, I am sure that they would be ready if I needed anything. The quirky layout, with spiral staircase and sloping bedroom ceiling fully utilized all the space, allowing a very comfortable double bed on the mezzanine. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. The combination of microwave and mini-oven allowed a range of simple dishes to be cooked quickly , a benefit after a long day at work. I did not use the TV as the excellent WiFi allowed seamless streaming of on-line films. My only suggestion would be install 'blackout' blinds as light from the street-lighting was intrusive.
