Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site). Garden with patio, sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Bike store. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm). Parking. No smoking. Please note: Garden fencing may not be suitable for containing very small dogs.. Semi-detached barn, set in the neat courtyard of this charming smallholding, high on the side of a secluded valley. Airy and open in summer but cosy and warm in winter. An ideal starting point from which to explore the wild delights that Snowdonia has to offer. Green credentials abound here. The water comes from a natural spring and the valley stream produces electricity. Children are encouraged to learn about the food on their plate through interaction with the farm, egg gathering for breakfast is an exciting start to the day. Stylish and welcoming this hillside cottage has a wonderful alpine feel. The far-reaching views of distant peaks are inspiring and beg you to explore these fascinating mountains and tiny villages. Luxury features such as underfloor heating, power showers, a log burning stove and quality furnishings have all been carefully chosen to offer comfort and relaxation after an exhilarating day in this fun filled part of North Wales. The ground floor bedrooms are convenient and have contemporary furnishings - ideal for families. The farmhouse kitchen area is spacious and very well equipped for cosy suppers.

Second stay here and it was as warm and welcoming as we remembered. Comfortable beds and everything you could need for a week away. The children especially enjoyed waking up to the calves peaking through the window at them! Thank you for a lovely stay. We will return again.
