Lovely cottage in good location . Could walk into village and to sea front. Easy to travel to other places in the area. Mattreses on beds were a little soft and uncomfortable and bathroom a bit dated but otherwise lovely especially the wood burner

The property is perfect in every way, great location and the garden backs onto the flowing river and is so magical to listen to it as you go to sleep, conservatory adds a special element we visited when the leaves were changing colour and the one tree had beautiful orange and yellow leaves.

Lovely cottage with much appreciated welcome pack. Great base providing easy access to a range of activities and places in North Wales. Bodnant was a glorious riot of autumnal colour this week and although the rain appeared it never stayed for long making walks on the beach fresh and clear. Convenient location for walking the mountain. Quiet and peaceful cottage with the relaxing sound of the river at the bottom of the garden providing respite. We never had a problem finding a place to park within 20 steps of the front door. Loved it.
