The log fire was brilliant after a couple of damp days! Some of the information provided could maybe do with an update - we couldnât find a food waste bin in the kitchen or a larger brown bin in the utility that the instructions mentioned. This however is a minor thing and didnât cause us any problems itâs just something we noticed. All in all a truly lovely stay in a wonderful little cottage

The parking permit is a definite bonus. The cottage is very well equipped and was lovely and cool in the very hot weather. The stairs are steep so may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Would definitely recommend.

Although there is no parking outside the house, you can unload and the car park (permit provided) is just a few minutes walk away. Welcome pack provided (milk, bread & butter). The stairs to the first floor are narrow and steep so may be a bit difficult for young children or anyone with mobility issues. We loved our stay in this little house and will come again.
