The kitchen has been designed to make the most of the stunning views. The living area is cosy and inviting, centered around a warming log burner, while kitchen and large dining area provide a sociable space for family meals and relaxed evenings. Whether you’re gathered around the fire or enjoying breakfast with panoramic views, this space is made for memorable moments.
Step outside into the extensive garden, and you’ll discover a haven for both relaxation and fun. Unwind in the hot tub, a covered area with comfy seating so you can enjoy the scenery no matter the weather, whilst the kids (and adults) bounce on the Olympic-sized sunken trampoline,. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy walking throughout the fields, saying hello to the resident ducks, chickens, alpacas and pigmy goats, and don’t forget the ponies. There’s also a stream that gently winds through the grounds and if you’re feeling brave a cold dipping pond. At the bottom of the garden, the Welsh Highland Railway adds a magical touch, with occasional steam trains passing by, pure delight for children and train enthusiasts alike.

This is our second time back and we couldn't be happier with our holiday.The location, the house, the views are idyllic. Everything about this place is perfect for a family with children. Our kids fed the animals (horses, goats, alpacas, chickens, ducks, sheep), bounced on the trampoline, swung on the tyre swing, played fetch with the dogs, the teens had a go at driving the tractor and riding on the trailer. As a family we enjoyed the hot tub, played loud music, played games and had the best time playing hide and seek in the dark. The best thing about here though is the hosts, Ali and Miles are amazing. When I needed a whisk to make cheesecake they brought me one over, we'd completed all the jigsaws so Ali found us some more, Ali also joined me in the cold pool, I don't think I could of braved it without her. On the last night Miles got a bonfire going and the kids toasted marshmallows and chewed his ear off. We can't wait to go back again.

Great location, amazing scenery. Alison and Miles are the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. They are definitley living the good life. Accommodation is quirky but very nice. The sound system was great. The animals are a real treat and anyone with young children would love it. The hot tub was wondeful and the cleanist we have ever used.
